We live in a fish and seafood lovers paradise, taste the difference as it comes straight out of the sea and onto your plate.  Plenty of options for meat and vegetarian lovers too.

Just a 3 minute walk from the house

An informal friendly cafe, where you can enjoy a choice of freshly ground coffees, teas, herbal/fruit teas  and cold drinks and a wide range of hot and cold snacks…..and lots of delicious cakes!

The Laroch Restaurant and Bar, Ballachulish

Opens at 11.00am.  Open for food from Midday to 3.00pm and 6.00pm to 9.00pm.  During high season closed for food on Mondays.  Check for opening times out of season.

A gentle 25 minute stroll along the cycle path or 2 minutes in the car.

Great value, fresh, tasty food produced from the best of locally sourced ingredients. Also great quality freshly ground coffees, hot drinks, chilled soft drinks, wine, beer and cider.

Well-known for its excellent fresh coffee and some of the best home-baking the Highlands has to offer, The Clubhouse Café is a welcoming and hospitable cafe where you are always guaranteed a smile.

250 meters from the house is a Fish and Chip Restaurant/Pizzeria eat in or take away.  Open daily 3pm-9pm.  Under new management.

Thai Food to Go.  Available to pre-order for Friday or Saturday evening.  To be collected from Ballachulish CoOp carpark at 6.30pm.

A 10 minute drive in the car or you might fancy taking a bike along the cycle path.

Clachaig Inn, Glencoe

A 10 minute drive from the house or handy to pop into if you have been walking in the Glen Coe hills.

The inn, located right in the heart of Glen Coe has three lively bars where good food is served throughout the day. Local venison, prime Scotch beef and Scottish salmon are popular favourites.
